Newly and most recently constructed as part of the first new-build hotel in Bermuda in 45 years, the 10,700 sq. ft. waterfront mansion is set upon 5.5 acres of land directly adjacent to The Loren. Some of the luxurious The Loren’s staff can arrange luxurious VIP services for guests of The Residence, including 24/7 butler service, film screenings, wine tastings, private dinners customized by Executive Chef Tim Sullivan and much more. Rates start at $15,000 per night.
